Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: Humans and Monsters. One day, war broke out between the two races. After a long battle, the humans were victorious. They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell, and there the monsters have remained for generations.
...you know Undertale, right? Undertale Yellow is a fan game that takes place in the same world but with new characters and locations. Ceroba is from a part of the underground known as the Wild East, which is a of course a pastiche of the American Wild West.

Like all monsters Ceroba has powerful magic at her disposal! She wields a long staff with a bell at the end that she can summon at will. Her combat magic consists of creating diamond-shaped barriers (either to protect or restrict) and summoning flowers, energy spheres, flames, and explosive bells.
Permissions
Ceroba is a widow so when she remembers that she might not feel up to any romance. Aside from that go nuts have fun. If you are unsure about anything let me know.
